Before Intel, Steve served in various leadership roles at NetEffect (RDMA startup acquired by Intel), Rockwell Semiconductor Systems (spun out as Conexant Systems and Mindspeed Technologies IPO), Motorola (Somerset Design Center), and Harris Semiconductor (now part of Renesas Electronics).

Steve holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, from the Florida Institute of Technology.
