Matt Fitzpatrick
CEO
Invisible Technologies
A proven technology innovator with decades of leadership experience, Matt Fitzpatrick is the new CEO of Invisible Technologies. The CEO appointment follows impressive company growth, with revenue more than doubling from 2023 to 2024 to $134 million, building on a 24x increase from 2020 to 2023. Ranked as the [#3 Fastest Growing AI Company](https://www.invisible.co/blog/invisible-ranked-2024-deloitte-technology-fast-500) on the Inc. 5000 List, Invisible achieved a $500 million valuation in early 2024.
Previously, he served as the global leader of QuantumBlack Labs, McKinsey's AI software development group, which builds all of the firm’s sector-based machine learning products (e.g., PMPx, GemX, InsureX), horizontal ecosystem tooling (e.g., Horizon, Kedro, Brix, Iguazio), and GenAI solutions (e.g., LegacyX), all designed to enable digital transformation at scale.
During his tenure, Fitzpatrick oversaw 1,000 engineers and product leaders across both QuantumBlack Labs and McKinsey, and also McKinsey’s financial services digital and technology solutions, managing a portfolio of 75 assets. His leadership drove transformative impact across banking, wealth management, real estate, and private equity. Notably, Matt founded FinLab, a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and architects spanning five global hubs. FinLab specializes in developing scalable data and software applications tailored to financial institutions.
Before rejoining McKinsey, Matt cofounded a multi-category e-commerce retailer and gained extensive experience as a private equity investor. He holds a BA in Politics from Princeton University and an MBA from The Wharton School.
Outside of work, Matt serves on the board of the Orchestra of St. Luke’s and on the event committee of CAG in New York City. He is an avid reader of fiction, a pickup-basketball player, traveler, and committed fan of the New York Knicks and Jets.
